I will make sure you feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first phone consult we will get to know each other and schedule the first free video session. All initial video sessions are free to give you a chance to try the service and make sure it's right for you. The initial free session will be about 15-30 minutes with a focus on insurance verification, rapport building, and assessing areas of need. From there, an official intake evaluation will be scheduled.
All video sessions and documentation are completed using the secure and HIPPA compliant electronic medical record. You will have access to a client portal to complete intake paperwork and video sessions
All Face to Face sessions will be held in one of our office locations throughout Maryland. The location will be picked based off your surrounding area to improve the level of convenience and ease of access. Intake paperwork will be completed online prior to the initial evaluation
